Production Capacity & Compliance
We have two well-equipped production facilities, each fitted with the necessary machinery for crafting wooden toys:
Tbilisi: 128 m² production area and 45 m² Toy Painting Studio.
Zugdidi: 126 m² production area.
Our team consists of 30 highly skilled artisans experienced in handcrafted wooden toy production.
Currently, our capacity is to produce up to 5,000 handmade wooden toys per month.
We have the ability to quickly and efficiently retrain new employees and scale up production capacity, if the need arises.
We use premium maple wood for toy production.
The toys are painted with eco-friendly, certified paints from BIOFA.
The final finish of the toys is done with eco-friendly, certified wood oil, also from BIOFA.
Our products comply with the following standards: EN 71-1, EN 71-2, EN 71-3, EN 71-9.
The manufacturer provides the EU Declaration of Conformity according to the EU Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC, Annex III.
The products comply with the EU safety and quality standards, and all toys are labeled with the CE marking.
For large international shipments, we collaborate with Gebrüder Weiss for cargo transportation.
Exported goods are granted the EUR.1 Certificate of Origin, which verifies that the products are made in Georgia and comply with the Free Trade Agreement conditions. This certificate allows exporters to benefit from preferential customs tariffs when exporting goods to EU countries.
Every Dadari toy goes through a meticulous process - from raw materials to a beautifully crafted wooden toy.
Our skilled artisans combine traditional craftsmanship with precision techniques to ensure the highest quality
